A deliciously creamy blend of peppers, spices and chicken to make an easy one-pot mouthwatering pasta.

Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
4 tablespoons cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 red bell pepper, cubed
1 green bell pepper, cubed
1 green onion, chopped
1 pint heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 box of pasta of choice (I choose spaghetti or chickpea pasta)
Instructions
Cut chicken breast into cubes. Place chicken and 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning in a bag or bowl and coat. (Best to leave overnight if possible)
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring, until browned and almost cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, bring water for pasta to a boil. Add pasta and cook to package instructions, draining when finished.
Remove chicken from skillet. Add bell peppers and additional 1Tbsp of cajun seasoning. After a few minutes (5-6), add green onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes under garlic is fragrant and vegetables are tender.
Add chicken back in and add 1 pint of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a low boil. Add salt, pepper, and additional cajun seasoning to taste.
